Delete your account
The fastest path is Slow Ink → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. After confirmation, Slow Ink permanently deletes the account identity, saved passages, oracle history, linked installations, server-side membership links, and analytics records. Its unsent on-device event queue is also cleared.
Send an account deletion request to privacy@slowink.app. State whether you used Apple or Google sign-in and the email shown by that provider. We may ask you to verify control of that identity before deletion.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel billing managed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription separately in App Store or Google Play settings. Limited transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
Other privacy requests
For access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or questions, email privacy@slowink.app. Describe the request and your sign-in provider. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or payment-card details unless we specifically explain why verification is required.
刪除帳號
最快的方式是「絹與墨 → 設定 → 隱私 → 刪除帳號」。確認後，絹與墨會永久刪除帳號身分、收藏、卦象歷史、關聯安裝、服務端會員關聯及分析紀錄，並清除裝置上尚未送出的事件。
請寄送帳號刪除申請至 privacy@slowink.app，說明使用 Apple 或 Google 登入，並提供該服務商顯示的郵件地址。刪除前我們可能要求驗證你對該身分的控制權。
訂閱
刪除帳號不會取消 Apple 或 Google 管理的扣款，請另至 App Store 或 Google Play 設定取消。為會計、防詐、爭議處理或法律義務，有限交易紀錄可能需依法保存。
其他隱私請求
如需查閱、更正、攜出、限制、反對或提出問題，請寄信至 privacy@slowink.app，描述請求及登入服務商。除非我們另行說明驗證理由，請勿寄送密碼、身分證件或付款卡資料。
